The Data Management section allows you to backup and restore your rules as well as import native Outlook rules.
Backup Rules
Use this option to save a backup of your rules database. After you create a backup of your rules, make sure you move them somewhere other than you hard drive so that if your hard drive should crash, you will be able to recover your rules.
Restore Rules
Use this feature to restore previously backed up rules. You can restore file of type "db3", the native format for Auto-Mate. All versions from 3.x through 8.x are supported.
Outlook Rule Import
Use this feature to import Outlook native rules.
