This option tab lets you choose to run automatic backups on your Auto-Mate database. This database contains all your rules and option settings. Outlook must be running with Auto-Mate loaded in order for the backups to run.
The fields and their associated functions can be summarized as follows:
ALL, None, M-F buttons
Use these button for convenience to quickly select/deselect group of checkboxes.
Sun - Sat Checkboxes
Use these check boxes to select the days you want the automatic backups to execute.
Backup Time
This sets the backup time in 24 hour format in increments of 15 minutes.
Backup Location
Choose the maximum number of events to record before truncating. Only older events get truncated so you will always have your most recent events.
Only keep the last n backups
Use this feature to keep the backups from growing on your hard disk and consuming storage space. This lets you keep only the last number of backups you specify.
View Files Button
Opens the Backup Location folder for you to examine backups.
