When creating a strategy to organize you Inbox and other folders, you should consider the order that rules are applied.
For example if you are creating rules to organized your Inbox, consider whether it is more important to first file a message based on its importance versus who the sender may be. If you have two separate rules, one to filter on importance status of high, and the other set to filter on the sender email = "sam121@myfreemail.net, the importance based rule should be ordered first in the Rules Manager.
