Auto-Mate records every rule that executes and every action that is taken by a rule. These are recorded as Rule Events. You can examine Rule Events anytime by opening the Rule Events window from the Tools menu of the Rule Manager window. It appears as follows:

Event Details
Opens a new window that displays detailed information regarding the selected event. This window appears as follows:
Clear Events
This will clear all events from the log. This action cannot be undone.
Locate Message
This will find the affected message in the new destination folder and open it for viewing. This feature is useful to find messages that may have been moved inadvertently when configuring rules.
Export to Excel
This will allow you to export the events to Excel.
Refresh this view
Refreshes the log to pick up any new events.
This Rule events window features advanced filtering and sort on all columns. For example you can sort or filter on the date field and the Rule Name field as shown below:
