Rule templates are rules that can be used to create other rules. Rule Templates never execute, they are just blueprints for new rules. To create a Rule Template, just create a custom rule like you normally do, the in the lower left corner, click the "Make Template" button.
On the Addressing tab, you can choose whether the addresses show be fixed, or dynamically captured from messages you select in your folders:
When you are ready to use your template, select the "New From Template" ribbon menu and select your template to create a new rule.
