The fields and their associated functions can be summarized as follows:
Show Desktop Alert window minimized
Control whether the Desktop Alert window should be launched minimized or as an active window on the Desktop. This option only applies when the Alert type is set to Desktop mode. See Showing Alerts for further help.
When creating tasks, include message as an attachment instead of inline
When creating tasks as rule actions, the original message body is copied into the task inline. You can optionally include the original message as an attachment to the task by checking this option.
When forwarding, include original as an attachment instead of inline
When forwarding as rule actions, you can optionally include the original message as an attachment to the forwarded message by checking this option.
