The Rules Manager is the main window where Auto-Mate rules are managed. To view this window, click the Rule Manager button on the Auto-Mate Ribbon Tab. Then click the File tab and you will see a window that appears like the image below.

Menu Commands and their associated functions can be summarized as follows:
File Menu
Save - Saves changes made to rule/group ordering, active state, and default group to display when the Rule Manager window is opened.
Info - Displays the software version, copyright, and licensing information. You can also manage activating and transferring you license here as well as checking for software updates.
Data Management - Allows you to save a backup and restore your rules database. For more information on backup/restore see Data Management. You can also import native Outlook rules. See Importing Outlook Rules for more information.
Print - Print various rule reports.
Help - Launches this online Help window.
Options - Opens the Auto-Mate Options dialog.
Exit - Close the Rule Manager window.
Other Commands
Licensing - Open the window to activate your software license. For more information, refer to the Activate help section.
Check For Updates - Invoke the online updater window to check for updates to your software. See Update your Software for more information.
Auto-Mate Program Information
This section identifies the Auto-Mate program version, bit edition, copyright, and license status.
Auto-Mate License Terms
Opens a window displaying the licensing agreement.
