This tab appears for rules of type: "Scan for Duplicates". It allows you to specify the specific message characteristics to match to satisfy the rule. The tab looks like the image below.
Duplicate messages are identified by matching one or more of these settings.
The fields and controls and their associated functions can be summarized as follows:
Sender Name
Compares the sender address.
Sent Date/Time of message
Compares the sent date and time of the message.
Received Date/Time of message
Compares the received date and time of the message.
Message Subject
Compares the message subject.
Message Body
Compares the message body.
Recipients
Compares the message recipients.
Internet Message ID (Unique ID)
Compares the Internet Message ID for SMTP messages or a unique ID for Exchange messages.
Note: the more properties selected for comparison, the greater the accuracy but slower the performance.
