Each rule has a set of properties that specify the type of rule, what message characteristics to match, the resulting actions to take, and when to run the rule. The Rule Properties window is used to specify these settings. This window is used to specify new rules and to modify existing rules.
For new rules: Click the Custom Rule menu item on the New Rule menu to display this window.
For Existing Rules: Select a rule in the Rule Manager, and click the Modify Properties button, or simply double-click the list entry.
After making changes, click on the Add Rule or Update Rule button to save your changes.
